Project site : Paris 14, France

     This collective housing project takes place in the 14th  district of Paris.  The question of uses and the analysis of different typoligies of housing led our thought.  The final building gathers two typologies: dual aspects flats with winter gardens, and patio houses on the last floor.

        Lats floor is different of current floors in his typology, but  the outline of the last floor or the treatment of the facade are also differents from each other. The facade of last floor is composed of movable wood panels. Thus, the light in the flat is adjustable. It's possible to favor the light coming from patios, or from the facade.
